Hi! I'm Ashley. I'm a mom of 2 and I've been married for 9 years now to my fireman!
We have 2 dogs, love to travel, have random dance parties in our play room, and play any/all board games. Our favorite is a tie between Settlers of Catan with friends or Candyland with our 3 year old (hey, we like diversity!)
If there were more hours in the day and I wasn’t raising tiny humans full time, I’d bake more, read more, and watch Friends or Grey’s Anatomy reruns.
My favorite words of wisdom are from Mother Teresa and something I try to live by, “Not all of us can do great things, but we can do small things with great love.”
My goal with helping your child form independent sleep habits is to arm you with information, no matter what stage or age your child is. I take a holistic approach to sleep which means I look at every aspect of the schedule, routine, and ultimately find the best way to address all of your sleep concerns.
It's never too late to start getting age appropriate rest!
My hope is that I give you the confidence to carry out your personalized sleep plan as well as skills to do it quickly, seamlessly, and with as little disruption to your life as possible.
I'm passionate about sleep. I'm a better mom when I'm rested and my kid's are happier when they're rested.
I truly love to help and connect with people. My first career was in Physical Therapy!
